GIC Certificate not issued.

I had opened a GIC account via CIBC and had transferred money from my account to theirs. I even recieved an e-mail from them saying that the wire transfer has been received. I'm able to download my welcome letter however there hasn't been any investment balance reciept issued to me yet. My agency said that I need the GIC Certificate from the bank for submitting for my visa. Can someone please help me?

I submitted the amount and A2 form on 19th July. Got no reply from them other than the automated reply saying that they'll contact me in one business day. Then I submitted the A2 form again by updating some credentials in it. I received my welcome letter the very next day but still haven't received my certificate. I keep getting emails from them everyday reminding me to book an appointment with them to activate my account when I reach Canada. Still no word on my GIC Certificate

I've chosen CIBC because I saw a lot of good reviews online regarding the GIC process. That everyone has had a smooth and easy processing.

If its ICICI bank u will recieve ur GIC certificate in 5 working days.. if its Scotia bank, u will recieve ur certificate within 15 days

How many documents do you have on ISBO platform. I have three documents in mine and I received investment advice letter and welcome letter at the same time.

Still 2 documents. Just checked 5 mins ago..
It's only showing the payment instructions pdf and the welcome letter pdf.
I haven't received the investment advice letter. It's what I need most inorder to submit for my visa

Did you send a mail to mailbox.ISBO@cibc.com ? I think this is a technical issue, you should get both of them together.

Yes, I did. They replied 2 days before saying that they're looking into the issue and that the investment advice should be available for download along with the welcome letter.
It's been two days and it's still not available for download.
