Ghost update

HI,
I noticed that my BG check status changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
to
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Is this a Ghost update? Does this mean that my eligibility has passed?

Yes, I got my PPR after 9 months of my AoR.
Please Find my detailed timeline below.
From my experience, the change meant that they started processing the criminality but I am not sure. I would say all the updates regarding the Background checks are random and it differs from case to case.
