Oh ok... Wow I'm surprised they refused that. But did you just drop 45K in an account or open a new account with 45K on it? That may have been the reason they refused the application. They don't like to see that people are just dropping a large sum of money in an account (which I did my second go around). What did you do differently this time and did you add a personal statement saying why you wanted to study in Canada? My fees are about 25K with my scholarship.

I got letter from the bank ....the fund has being in my account for a very long time...even If I print 2 years statement they wount find it there ...well before I got refuse some fund has being paid into my bank from my business so when I get the refusal I print another statement. So they will know that is not after I got refuse that I put money on my account. .to me I feel my first applications goes to the wrong officer ...

Hmm...It sounds like it did...I think we both got better officers now though seeing that we've gotten a response within 3-4 weeks about our applications being reviewed. Did you send them four months worth of bank statements the last time?

Yes 4 months Bank statement what province do you plan to study

Wowww definitely weird and the last time you didn't get any ghost updates and your process took long right...Like two months to get a response?

17 September to 9 Oct that is 22 days and no Ghost Update....this new one is more than a month now..i hope for the best

I did non SDS like you... I started classes online last yr but I have in person classes this yr so I need the visa for sure by the end of December

I think study permit visa is being process within Canada not outside canada....

It happens coz they might be issue with servers there are two common errors in Server

1st 404 Error = It gives Page not found which means main server couldn't forward the following link/request to clients.
2nd 502 Bad gateway= Stage server which acts as Proxy was not able to get response from main server

This is the main reason nothing that VO might be updating your case those are trash if VO is updating why everyone looses Connectivity just small logic. Hope this solves everyone's issue

I think the riview is being done by Canadadian immigration officer in Canada and immigration officers in individuals countrie
