getting married while visiting

Hi,

First of all, it is not a marriage fraud; it is for make a good life with a beautiful girl in a beatufil country.

We have met in hotel where i worked this summer, so I never stayed with her in canada. I want to visit her, and marry with her. So, i have questions who can change my life.

1- If i married with her in Canada, can i stay with her untill the end of application of permanent residency and open work permit? Or i need to return my country while the applicaiton is processing?

2- This process, how many months it takes?

3- Make a marriage with a tourist visa, it may cause any problem?

1) Yes - you can remain in Canada.
2) 1-2 years
3) It won't cause any problems. However you may have trouble getting a visitor visa depending on your country of origin and ties to your home country.
