I got my PR this year but I am still in India. I had done short landing and returned back.
I am planning to get married in December. I want to know how I can get my fiancée to at least process the visitor visa so that she can accompany me early next year.
Can she apply for visitor visa ? Who will provide the Invitation letter since I am also in India ?
Your wife can apply for a visitor visa.
You, your family member in Canada or anyone resident in Canada can invite your wife.....but the person inviting must state their relationship to your wife.
A
letter of invitation is required to apply for a visitor visa but it does not guarantee the person will get a visa........you may also consider
spousal sponsorship after marriage.
Ok but when I am still in India, can I get visa approved for my family ?
You, your family member in Canada or anyone resident in Canada must invite your wife as a visitor......before your wife could apply for visitor visa to Canada.
