This page is updated now. Earlier, when I applied in May, we were asked to submit original passports as per this page and I did.
May be, now they don't need original. They have updated the guidelines.

Hi, I have some questions, i am applying from Montreal to Ottawa embassy. When I open the page to print the courier, I selected $35 option with pick & drop off of your passport / documents In Province to/from your jurisdiction VAC (Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver only). Or I need to select other option of pick & drop off of your passport / documents Out Of Province, to/from your jurisdiction VAC : CAD$ 50.00. Also, on the page where I need to fill my details, there are options such as Service which includes Passport, OCI, Consular, what Should I select from dropdown? and In BLS center location I am supposed to Pick Montreal or Ottawa?

We have submitted our PCC application yesterday. In the application we have given reason as Residence Permit. I read in multiple posts that many were askied to re apply with reason as a 'Immigration other than Citizenship'. Can you please help.

Yes, it needs to be "Immigration other than Citizenship", call BLS. Submit a new application on passport seva portal and request BLS to accommodate the changes. May be they will ask to send only the application.

Hi,

Do I need to have ITA for applying the PCC in Ottawa? I checked their checklist and it says "Purpose and Document for seeking PCC must be ascertained, official communication from the Concerned authorities." I am little confused here. Can anybody help please?

Try calling them, I doubt it though

Call one of BLS Call Center phone numbers provided on BLS website. (You can call any number irrespective of your location in Canada)
They will guide you with all the process and even book for the pick-up of the documents and passport and dropping the passport and PCC with Purolator. All you need to do is be ready with laptop and credit card for payment as they will send the payment links via email when you are on call with them.
Required documents -

1. Original Passport
2. Duly signed PCC Application from the passport portal
3. 2x2 in. photograph (as per the specifications) pasted on the PCC application
4. Copy of WP
5. Copy of local address proof
6. Copy of Passport
7. Postal Order or Demand Draft of CAD $44.40 in favor of BLS INTL SERVICES CANADA INC.

If the pickup is scheduled by BLS and Purolator, you may have received an email.

then you may have got an email about the pickup schedule. If your docs are ready or not ready, you can call purolator and reschedule the pickup. The number will be provided in that email
