Getting Admission in direct 3rd year of Canadian University.

I want to know that I listened and read in newspaper about credit transfer program between PTU and UFV.In this progam students who already completed their B.Tech in CSE from PTU are elligible to get admission in Bachelor of Computer Information System 3rd year directly under transfer student category in university of fraser valley.Some of my friends got visa in this program.This program is initiated by Both universities. My only worry is that I have got rejected once for jan2016 intake for different course reason was irrelevant course(PG diploma in marketing Management Langara College).Should I apply.My profile is given below:
10th:68%
+2(12th)65%
Diploma Computer Engg 74%
B.Tech CSE 80.10%
IELTS:Overall 7.5 R&L 8.0 and S&W:6.5
No study GAP but refused once
I have sufficient liquid funds in my account and more than enough property evaluation having 10 lakh annual income of my father.
Should I worry in for my visa approval or not please help....Thankyou.

FYI you will get PGWP only for the term you studied & finished in Canada.
