Admission in Canadian University??Plz Help

My name is ASAD USMANI. I'm from Pakistan. I have a Bachelor's Degree in
BS Computer Engineering. Now, i want to pursue my Masters Degree
(MEng in Electrical or Computer Engineering or MS in Computer Science) from Canada, Ontario.
The Universities I'm interested in are:

University of Toronto.
University of Waterloo.
Ryerson University.
University of Windsor.
Lakehead University.
Queen's University.

I have some question's regarding the admission process:

1. I've a BS Degree in Computer Engineering. My GPA of Final Year is 3.01 i.e. 70%. But my overall Four year CGPA is 2.51. Am I eligible to apply for Master's Program in any of these universities?

2. If not, is there any other procedure to do Master's in Canada from any of these universities?

Actually issue ye ha ka aap ka CGPA bohat kam ha dnt mind it
Ab merey point of view se Aap k pas only ek hi option ha pk Post Graduate Diploma k lye apply kar do kisi college ma bcz uniz ma Admission mushkil ho ga
Secondly Aap ko IELTS b dena ho ga
nd Agar aap January intake k lye Apply karna chatey ho to phir der na lagao.....

Well I'm from Karachi.
I will give IELTS exam this month . Also I have also given GRE and my score was 1250. So, I'm thinking if GRE can compensate my CGPA.
