It took 5months and they sent me an email including appointment date and time 3 weeks ago.
Last week I got my passport back.

Wrote that I became a PR in x/x/2022 and would like to get back my passport.
My UCI number, contact information and attached copy of my PR card.
2. Yes, you should have your PR card or COPR to get back your passport.

my passport was at montreal office and i went to CBSA office on airport they asked for pr card and asked me to fill a form and i got my passport back in 20 days they do real good job

But I have another question guys of anyone can help I applied for refugge travel document as well and i just checked they have sent that as well despite of sending web form so what to do can i keep both or surrender Travel document

How did you know where is your passport? Your passport was seized there or any other location?

My passport was seized at montreal location so they got me back from there

You surrendered it in IRCC montreal or it was taken by CBSA.

When I emailed CBSA they Saud as I got my PR I should contact IRCC for the passport.

Lucky you I’m in the same situation with ircc etobicoke ontario and it’s been almost 8 months and still waiting no response
