Please dont say fake or not fake just google it than find more info from IRCc. Also, why would they send u letter saying dearxxx. When someone offer job he/she first post job in canada so inside pr/citizen can see and apply first but if still no one come forward to apply than u visit to same website job post and apply for the job. Than employer contact u or recruitment for phone interview or video etc...after than u find ur own lawyer to process your application moving forward. Never trust letter directly first do your own research.
