From date is the date u first entered Canada, to date is today's date. I know many people get confuse with this and also argue that to date is till work permit date which is totally wrong, I got my work permit and entered only after 8 months of getting my work permit So I cannot put my work permit date as I did not reside for those 8 months in Canada also same would apply for future.

Why is it totatlly wrong? Same would apply for the future?
On the "to date" I wrote the expiry date of my work permit I think, I don't remember. But if anything changes you just let them know of an address change I suppouse. My app was received on may 25 and cc charged on june 6...hope that date does not cause any trouble
Oh I remember now, I was filling the application on my computer and would choose todays date for example, I would get an error saying I can't use todays date, it has to be a date in the future. I asked and someone told me to use the expiry date of my work permit.

yea, agreed i am using the expiry of my work permit. i am completing the form on the computer and it will not let me proceed without using the future date and u wouldn't validate the form without writing a complete and correct date
