Hi. I am the sponsor. Is it ok for me fill out the ct0001 for her, validate it and pdf send to my partners email in ukraine , have her sign it and send it to me in the mail?

Huh? Why CT0001 - I thought you were applying for spousal sponsorship??

Sorry about the confusion.
I got the form mixed-up with the application for our son's citizenship. So much to learn still.
Instead ill ask this. If forms are required to be filled out by the primary applicant can I fill them in? Can i send the forms via .get her to sign and send back to me via post. Or dont hey have to be filled out by her because of the barcodes.

If the Form generates barcodes, those are scanned by CIC to reduce data entry errors. So you should probably send them via courier there and back...
