FORM CT0001 - SECTION E HELP

Hello All, I am about to file my citizenship case. In the form CT0001 Section "E" where it asks for addresses in past 4 years.

I went back home for 3 times

1st time for 5 months
2nd time for 2 months
3rd time for 1 month


Also, during my 2nd trip i went to Malaysia as well for 9 days,

Now, Do i need to put address of back home ONLY or i need to write Malaysian hotel addresses as well , I stayed there at various hotels and for some i don't even know the address.


Can someone please share your ideas.
