Hi experts,
I am finishng my CIT0002 form now bt there are some confusing questions,, would appreciate your warm help:
1) CIT0002(05-2014)E form has 7 pages, I would staple the pages together to avoid missing.OK?
2) In section 5.B: My mail address is the same as home address. I would write “SAME AS HOME ADDRESS” in all its blocks. Sounds ok?
3) In section 6.E: What does “Canadian and overseas addresses” indicate exactly here? Do I need to list all the places that I have travelled? For example, I had a biz trip to Sweden in Dec,2011 for 40 days, where I stayed in a hotel. Do I need to provide this address also?
4) In section 9.E: I didn’t take LINC and plan to provide CELPIP-G test records. Should I select NO ? or just mark this section as N/A?
5) In section 11: I finished my form all by myself, so I select NO. Do I need to mark N/A in the blocks (like: Name of individual who assisted finishing the form) also? Or should I just leave them blank?
6) For all the photocopies, do I need to have “true copy” certification stamps on them? Or I can just use what I have from the copy machine?
Thanks a lot in advance!!
Q 7) :I renewed y passport in 2009. Do i need to provide photocopies of the biologic pages of it also? I have photocopied the renewal page of my CURRENT passport already.
Personally i dont see any harm to include this.
Thanks.

1. Don't staple however use a paper clip to group it together
2. Yes
3. Mention your actual residential addresses where you actually lived in past 4 years. The traveled addresses should be mentioned on online residence calculator.
4. write N/A with a black pen.
5. Select No and write N/A in the boxes
6. Just clear and legible photocopy.
7. Only passports held in past 4 relevant years needs to be photocopied. If the passport held in 2009 covers the relevant 4 years then yes, you need to photocopy the biographical pages of the passport.

" Mention your actual residential addresses where you actually lived in past 4 years. The traveled addresses should be mentioned on online residence calculator. "
-->actual residential addresses? Biz trip and travels don not count here in the form right?
Thanks again!

Example:
Suppose your 4 year period is from 2011-2015. If you were living in Canada from 2011-2014 and went for a vacation/business trip to a country outside Canada in 2013 then the address you need to mention should be your canadian address in Q 6E of the form. The business trip/vacation needs to be mentioned in the online residence calculator.

in another word, biz-trip/travel absences need NOT to be presented in Q6E,right?

Right. Business trips abroad/travel absences abroad need to go to online residence calculator (if it falls under the 4 year relevant period)

Great!!
So to sum up:
1)For CIT0002 Q6E: Business trips abroad/travel absences abroad need NOT be presented
2) For online residence calculator, every single absence for whatever reason need to be presented.
Thanks again!
