Hi good day,

I have received my gcms notes and on the second page under assessments it says the following:

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info. Sharing: Complete
Final: Approved

I have tried contacting IRCC through web form, calls but only response I get is your application is in progress (even though in gcms it stats approved) and I have not received my COPR.

I see COPR number generated in GCMS and IRCC tracker with date of November 2023. No update since November.

Can someone advise on this please.
