Since my application has been stuck in the comprehensive security check and there has been no progress since December 2023, I believe this is my only opportunity to prompt CBSA to take action on my case.

I guess you have already got GCMS notes from all agents and you got contact with your MP if you are inland. Mandamus might be a solution if the time is extremely long but 15 months might be considered normal before Mandamus. Btw why do you think CBSA is the place you stuck? Would it not be CSIS, as well?

It is written in GCMS, a comprehensive security check in progress by CBSA, I am already 22.5 months in process.

Did you get notes from CBSA and CSIS, as well? In one of the post, It is mentioned that CBSA sends the file CSIS so you can see it in CBSA notes. Btw, waiting for 22.5 months seems to be quite enough time for considering Mandamus.

I’ve submitted a request for notes from both CBSA and CSIS. I’ll wait for a month to see what comes through.

My comprehensive security has been in progress since April 29, 2024. But my medical will be expiring on this April 23 . What’s about your ?

If you are inland, the medical will be extended, there's a policy for that.

It will extend automatically, if you're inland you don't need to inform.
