There are people waiting long before then..

And MP office can’t help. I don’t have money for mandamus. How soon from bgc can you file for mandamus?

I’m same situation, I submit pr app on April 2022. I got security screen goes to CBSA on Dec 2023 and CBSA got it JAN 2024 , but still waiting and nothing response
Any recommendations?

Honestly, need too much money,
My lawyer say , you can start with demand letter and then Msndamus, it need more than 5000$

I totally agree with that big money again, but what your lawyer take on final outcome, does he confident?, except the money part

All the best, just one more thing, did you ordered for cbsa notes?. What it says security in progress or received by CBSA?.

Yes I ordered CBSA,
After 30 days they send me an email to needed another 30 days to provide inquiries
Which is not received it
