Hi ! I’m also inland and applied last July (non express entry) my comprehensive security screening started last December 2023, still waiting. As I see in general it takes for comprehensive security 9-13 months to be done. Hope it won’t take longer.

The same timeline with you. Application submitted on June 30 2023 and be put into security check since January 2024.

04.04.2024 - Biometrics & Medicals passed
18.04.2024 - ADR Schedule A for spouse
19.04.2024 - ADR sent
19.04.2024 - Comprehensive Security screening started for spouse (according to GCMS notes)
24.07.2024 - Ghost Update

Hi everyone, I applied in July 2023. Single inland applicant, spouse is a citizen. Biometrics, medical and eligibility are all complete in the tracker since Oct 2023 and background check is in progress. Got ADR in Dec 2023 and application was sent to CBSA the same month. I'm also in A34 security screening with no military or political background. My first CBSA note said "Received" with a due date in Oct 2024. The second CBSA note shows a changed status to "In Progress", with a status update date of May 2024 and a due date of Jan 2024 which doesn't make any sense. I know from this thread that these dates don't mean much, but any idea why? I've been stuck for more than 9 months and IRCC has not been helpful, the same as everyone else on this thread. It's very disappointing to see this and feels unfair. Any idea when I can expect my security to complete? Should I consider Mandamus?

You should talk to a competent lawyer. Recommended timeline for considering Mandamus is 18 months from AOR.

While it is not impossible, current trend suggests that majority are in CSS for an average of 9-12months. Good luck.

Congrats! It’s really encouraging to hear.

When your medical was extended, did you receive any updates? Or how did you tell if your medical was extended but without indicating another expiry date? My upfront medical was expired in Aug too and my AOR is Sept2023, I saw nothing but the expiry date turned into blank.

Actually on a random check in gctracker in august , i found out my medical section updated to august 2024 and there was no other information about expiry and etc.
My timeline is :
Aor : july 2023
Medical : august 2023
Eligibility passed : august 2023
Many Adrs at once : september 2023
Your background verification is in progress : october 2023
August 2024 : medical extended and after 30-40 days ive got my visa email in september
During this time i only sent 2 webform asking about processing time

I have been asked to provide updated pcc and schedule A. I have already submitted them. How long does it take for them to check and process this against our application. My ADR shows NA now.

Hi, I received almost the same ADR's, except CV , along with schedule A and additional family information
my question is, are you inland or outland?
Did you serve military before?
