Yes, either attach the form IMM 1017 where you saw your IME number, or the Information sheet you got from the clinic by using Webform/CSE.

The clinic told me we dont need to, but to be sure, I did send CSE and told them remed done.

Medical shown as passed even before I sent CSE. So don't worry.

You're reading my mind ) It was my second question: how quickly does the status change from "you need to take a med exam" to "you passed the med exam". I've read of 2-4 weeks, but it's quicker from your experience?
How soon can one expect PPR after new med passed?

In my case, clinic uploaded medical report to the e.medical system on April 25th. I called CIC and heard the automated recorder said You passed the Medical on April 29. It was changed from We have asked you to do medical... check your message on your online acc to You Pass the medical exam.
And I have not got PPR yet....

I share the same profile as you.. I got my re-med request on 24 April.
did re-med on 6th May. Fingers crossed now.
Cic call centre told me already that my security has been completed. thats when i received a ghost update before remed request.

You will get your PPR right after an officer picks up your file as your SS is completed. Ottawa is being very active.
Mine is Montreal

I am still waiting for remed request. Haven't seen a ghost update yet. My file is in Ottawa. Their last response to me was that SS is still ongoing. These days, for those of us stuck in SS, remed request is celebration of mini ppr lol. So I'm patiently waiting.

Your SS started since when? I cant see your history posts. If it is October, Nov December last year then it will be your turn of remed/PPR soon. I see many cases of Oct and Nov getting their remed in April last month. But lets hope your med is extended by the officer so you dont have to go through the costs and time...

My AOR is Sept 1st and SS started 13th or 14th Nov 2018.
Yes I too I'm seeing folks whose SS started Oct/Nov getting remed requests. I'm hopeful.
