This 3 is LPP?

Seems like it. But the official LPP section is at the very first page. It should say “Passed” for all 3 at the first page. These could be tentative and require a secondary review prior to grant.

Usually how many month this part take?
and in my account LPP is in progresses but in ATIP shows it passed. is it right?

Based on what they said, I believe their LPP on tracker still shows in progress but ATIP notes from officer say otherwise. This could be that a Junior officer made their decision and the senior officer (AKA the citizenship official) will review and give the final say.

This is Note officer in the last page of GCMS.
Note officer shows LPP is passed
but my tracker is in progress

I think this is true
As you see all of them is completed but tracker does not update.
The citizenship process is really crazy.

No. Many of us including myself have Vancouver as primary office and Sydney as secondary. We were assigned to Sydney after passing the test.

I think by mistake your note1 was not redacted. Usually they redacted all the time

No, I am in Ottawa and I have passed LPP though. Primary office- Sydney. Feb 2023 applicant
