I also see 'e-Grant DF' noted in my file after my background check was completed. I believe this is a stage where you're waiting for a decision; otherwise, it would say 'ceremony ready'
My notes were generated on December 7 and received today, so I'm not sure if my status has changed since then, but previously I was listed as 'clearance pending' while awaiting my fingerprint results. My background check was completed very quickly. There could be some status in between, but it's not possible to view the history of status changes.

But my file is stuck at CPC-Sydney even after background check completed and in-progress. All sections are assigned to RC-8090. Seems there are other people especially (Nov-Dec-2019 & Jan-Feb-2020) are with same situation.

If you have already ordered notes, give them a call maybe this time around the agent will be in a better mood before their holiday/vacay which will help in forwarding your message to the office.
We had our oath ceremony and we are so excited to officially be Canadian Citizens. There were about 128 participants from 38 different countries. It took 1.5 hours. It was an experience that we will always cherish.
Wishing the same magical moment for the ones still waiting!
