Yes you can, I do it regularly under the Access to Information Act, it cost $5, here the link https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/privacyTerms.do

*To be eligible to make a request, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada. If you are not a PR/Citizen and not in Canada you can not use this service. That's why I shared my findings on where to look for cheap GCMS ordering service.
