How do I order GCMS notes? Do I need a Form IMM 5475?

Also, how is GCMS notes different then CAIPS?

hi everyone i am from serbia and my wife is canadian citizen we met on facebook and after 5 months she came to serbia to meet me she stayed one week after that visit we decided to get marry cuz i love her so much and she loves me she returned in serbia in january 2012 we got married in feb 2012 applied on april and i got interview on oct 2012 i got letter in one week to tell me that i am denied it was devastating for me and her she appealed right away and now she is waiting for interview on july 10 i was wondering cuz i read so many things like it will take up to 7 months after appeal is won to get into canada so i was wondering does anybody know can it be faster i dont want to be away from her 7 months more thank u all

Order your notes today in order to see in 30 days what your status will be tomorrow.

we ordered our notes and after 30 days we didn't receive them, so I emailed them asking about the notes and they said they decided to put them on a cd and mail it to me rather than via email as I requested.
So we didn't get ours back until about 45 days.

and by that time we had already received ppr. so it pretty much told us what we already knew lol.

My average is 30 days.. sometimes a day or two lesser but never more than that.

Hi guys,pls help if you understand the following part of the GCMS notes I received today.It says an interview may be required and my file was transferred to LA from CPP-O.It shows a due date of 2013/05/20 .what does this due date mean. my wife had sponsored me on October 16,2012 and her sponsorship was approved on November 7,2012.

Salam, This means at that date they will look it over and if all is done it on to PPR or if the back ground check isn't done or if any documents have not expired its on to the next step. Either way its news that you never heard before and that's good to In Sha Allah. May Allah help you in this time In Sha Allah...

In my experience it has been:

there's no fixed pattern. one time they pulled out the file two weeks after my request and sent it to me after a week, so I requested again immediately, and received the response after a month only to find that they pulled the info two days after my request...so there's not much info in the second response except one additional GCMS request recorded...
they are just unpredictable!
