I was wondering when is a good time to apply for GCMS notes? I filed in November so I do realize that it's a little early in the process but I thinking of applying for them in April. Any suggestions?
Also my spouse is the secondary applicant. GCMS notes did not show spouse details and mentioned that the information is with held as per the 19(1) act. Can some one please explain why the spouse details are not shared in the gcms notes. Is it because the consent was not provided?
If your application has bene placed on hold due to travel restrictions or if any of the checks have expired, then the application would be reopened, and for that the COPR is issued will be cancelled.
