GCMS notes without AOR (Application no) or UCI

I have another posting regarding FSW rejection for my brother. I have a quick question.

How can one apply for GCMS notes without AOR and UCI? As one can imagine, if you apply for PR from outside Canada, then one would not have a UCI to start with. And if the application is denied before AOR, then no application number either. How can one apply for GCMS notes to see why the application was denied?

They are saying it could be possible if CIC may have created a electronic file for you but did not send the application number to you (as they rejected it). It is probability.

Thank you mate. My law firm demands $550 to get hard copy notes. I wonder if they go through the same online form or if they have some alternate means. Even the rejection email from CIC did not have any application / file number or UCI. So I wonder how these law firms manage to get it?

Anyone who has been through similar experience...please help.

They charge that much because they bill by the hour. That's the amount of time they expect to spend on the work to get the notes, not an alternative route.

It takes just 10mins to order online. So do it urself. Dont waste ur money. Law firms wod get the same goes info regardless.

I am wondering how your law firm can apply for GCMS note without CEC application form # . that is a mandatory field while applying GCMS. So what magic wand your law firm will use . or just they want $ 550

so be cautious
