Hi experts,
Please assist me understanding this.
My AOR is 09/30/2018 and still in IP1.
I got GCMS notes and here is some info I need clarity on.
INFO SHARING: 7 and INFO SHARING: 8
Type: BIOGRAPHIC
PARTNER: USA
STATUS: READY TO BE ASSESSED.
On the second page it says MATCHED RECORDS and then it is blank and right top it says s.13(1)(a) and s.19(1)
This is same for me and my wife.
Under Assessments: INFO SHARING IN-PROGRESS
Eligibility: MET
Security: NO STARTED
CRIMINALITY: NOT STARTED
Please assist.

Usually this is NRT = No Results which is a positive thing and because US doesn't have anything on the applicant but in your case probably there is a history of residence or other records which needs to be reviewed. This is not concerning if there is no criminality and officer that reveiws eligibility will read the notes that you lived there etc and move on.

However if you were never in US but they have you on their file surely there must be a reason for that which might relate to your work or whatever. That is still normal if it's not a whacky thing you been up to.

on the officer's note it says "Review Required"

File transferred march 12 to New Delhi and started processing March 27

Eligibility is not done yet. NDVO will do the eligibility when they get to the file.

I just received my GCMS. It says that the Security and Criminality is remaining. My question is it has been more than 6 months now. Why it is taking longer than normal? Any ideas, guidance or help are highly appreciated. Thanks.
