ordered gcms and on the notes it says the following:

SPR is Canadian citizen residing in Canada. SPR landed on **-**-** as a ND2 SPR has submitted the following documents as proof of relationship: - Mariage certificate R.11 based on : country of nationality - Rome SPR married to PA on **-**-**. Application locked in on **-**-**. Preferred language of client correspondance: French. Case forwarded to Visa office for processing. T: No Match - IN

Please help what does the officer from Mississauga is telling the VO from Rome. What is R11, Whats T: No Match -N means

That was also my initial thought... But how does that make sense? How can "principal applicant" be a location?? Can you think of any other variation? ...I was thinking "pending approval" might also be a possible answer...

My understanding is locating PA that's the point in which they are working right now the Principal Applicant. In my notes my location is pending brought forward and in the actual notes at the bottom the officer says decision in progress pending.

Its almost 18 months since I have applied for PR .They have transferred my file to Montreal immigration office . As per notes Criminality , eligibility and Medicals are passed for me, spouse and kid.
Can anybody please have a look at these imported sections in my recent GCMS notes and help me to understand that exactly going on with my application ?

I received my notes which were generated on April 26, 2018. It's a 130 page document.
The details are:
Medical: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Eligibility: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Security:
Blank Pages: only one blank page with s15(1) code
Under admissibility section, there is only one activity for security. And two activities for security under activities section
Visa Office: London

I hope it's not SS. Now, after seeing my notes, I don't see anything that's holding my PPR for so long.
Please help me understand the situation. Whenever I receive a reply for my status inquiry from London visa office it's from Immigration Section by DRD that my application is currently undergoing background verification checks.

From what I'm reading, S.15 means your security is either in progress or is done.

Thanks a lot for your response. I’m unable to understand your comment about timeline. Is it the due date that is mentioned in notes? If it’s so, the due date in my notes is April 15, 2018.
