If you've exceeded 12 months by today it means you would have had to apply under the old process which had longer processing times and the 12m timeline was not applicable

Not correct my timeline according to old process is 11 months which changed to 12 and now Will be 14 months this month

I'm saying on December 7 of last year they made new timeline commitments and targets, and you would not have been part of that batch. Unfortunately pre Dec 7 it was not uncommon at all for processing times to fluctuate and jump all over. Sorry for your trouble and I hope you have good news soon.

Yes is frustrating that wait , thanks hope you too and all of us get good news , I have applied on October 2016 and last thing was after the pre arrival invitation is that they are waiting background check results, and now medical expired not know if will need to redo or will be extended hope that the notes will have more answers.

its frustrating to see others who applied a few months after us get their approvals.. there is no rhyme or reason.. even in the notes there is nothing to indicate an issue... two clean police records, clean medical checks.. ah well it is what it is!

Yep same here. We have the dismissed dui which will cause some investigation. Clean PCC though and meds passed. Nothing bad in the officers notes at all. Frustrating to see June apps getting dm!

have you try emailing your Visa Office directly? you will most likely get a general response, but they will look into your case file

definitely... there are no charges or anything that have ever happened with my husband -- hes travelled all over the world as a pro baseball player which i am assuming is probably the hold up as they are checking his name everywhere he has been

My baby is due in just over 3 weeks - good distraction i think lol plus i was able to get his mom a visitors visa to canada so she will be here with us!!

Can anyone tell me what this might mean? Near the bottom of our GCMS notes:

"CPCO RFV sent via email correspondence - not saved in GCMS."

This line is dated October 31. We got no email anywhere near that date. We got DM in August and PPR in December, and I don't understand what happened during that span of time, if anything.
