I have a question regarding my gcms note

The visa officer noted that " still awaiting for additional document" in which all documents requested was send and recieved which was also acknowledge by the visa office.
Is there anyone that such thing have happen to before please tell me what to do about this issue

check the part of CORRESPONDENCE on the outgoing: There's should be an email of request.

Thanks. I checked it but the document requested is already acknowledge by the officer that the document is been recieved but still waiting for additional document.
And no other email was send for additional document.

It might have been updated after your GCMS was processed, look at "Requested date". Mine took about 1 month and 3 weeks were already elapsed since processed. you can order an other note.

Received a set of notes today and I would like some input in regards to CIC following note :
Open source sear ( google /facebook ) for PA , SPR : NRT .
Also I don't see any notes about interview waived or required ?
Medical extended to May 09 , 2017 .
PGR and Canada PCC requested .
Schedule A .
Divorce certificate if applies .
Eligibility : Not Started

what's the meaning of NRT ? I guess no results found or something of that kind .

NRT mean no reportable trace. They searched on facebook and google about Pa and sponsor and they found nothing

Ordered our notes June 8, got a request for a new consent form june 23rd
Today is July 11th and we still haven't received our notes.

i emailed them inquiring about the status of our request.
Anyone has any experience with this?

I found the NRT Under Notes : Note 1. in the text that talk about the whole application and documents received and right after "Open Source search ( Google/Facebook : NRT .

they do google and Facebook search on PS and SPR .

Yes please check it out under notes / note 1 / text , see if they did a google/Facebook seach on you . you may receive your notes in about 30 days .
