GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hi Eagle,

Just recieved new notes today.

I had talked to my MP to try to find out why certain VO's with longer processing times than my wife's country (mainly NDVO) were being completed in less than 3 months and it turns out he actually inquired case specific information for my personal file. There's a note from MTL call centre stating they advised first stage approval, forwarded to VO for processing, provided delays.

Any idea what that bolded part could mean?

Does that mean there's a delay in my file?

can you tell me about Security Screening, because I received my GCMS notes last week but the only thing that I can not fully understand is security part, under Admissibilities I have Security and a sub activity Security screening with no status for both. and Under Application section there is

It means the results of your social checks came back negative which is good. Case is waiting for the same officer who requested the checks to review it then forward it to the appropriate visa office for final processing. To me, everything perfect; no red flags so far.

The results are negative. Interpreting is bit fuzzy. I hope it should be good for you. Meanwhile do your credit check as msny frauds happen againts people with common names.

Help explain for me. I requested for notes but instead they sent me all my attached documents scanned. And some pages were missing but they said that it's due to Article 26. I don't understand anything.
Anyone here with some knowledge please help me
