Have you guys notice some activities in your notes on the date they are issued or around those dates? Cuz i'm starting to suspect ordering GCMS notes might alert someone to look at your application, and do some work on it before they issue the acctual notes. Or maybe it's just me. Im still waiting for my notes.

I have seen others mention that they had action on their application shortly after receiving their GCMS notes. Since there is someone redacting information for privacy reasons, maybe they're also "encouraging" the VO to review the app?

Their is probably a background process that automagically updates the 'Update On' so an officer at least can look at and add a note to the file. Pretty simple to implement, so it seems reasonable that they would bother with it. Reduce complaints.

we have the same timing of asking gcms notes, we follow up last week. until now we received nothing from them.

It wont affect your application if you order your gcms notes now. are you pretty sure ppr on the way now?

How does the privacy form need to be filled out? Just received an email that the form was not completed correctly.
Who signs section C? Who is the representative? In our case, the applicant is applying for notes (both on sponsor and application).

I was expecting my GCMS notes on Friday, Sept 9 since I applied on Aug 9. I didn't get it. I wrote to them on Monday. Nothing so far. How long does it take for them to get back to you when you follow up after 31 days? Do you need to call them?

I think gcms for FAM takes longer. MY GCMS arrived within 30 days...28th day to be precise.

I received them after 52 days so wait on it will be coming soon.

I applied on 17 July and received yesterday.
