Shredding documents is really a non issue. You simply submitted an excessive amount of email/chat logs and they just shredded some of it and kept what they feel is necessary and adequate. DO NOT worry about that - best of luck with your application.

This time took 32 days.

I emailed them on day 31 to remind they are late. Got it next morning.

Last time I emailed them to remind them they were late, they ended up replying saying it would take 30 days longer and ended up sending a CD to my mailing address instead of an email with pdf attachment. It was so annoying.

If you mean by extension notice their apology and reply....saying they were very busy and requests were taking longer than usual....this was sent by email

I just ordered another set about 3 weeks ago...we'll see what happens with it

Legally they HAVE to respond within 30 days unless they notify you of an extension and even then extensions can only be taken for a few reasons.

I don't really know about cic in my opinion they just buying a time there is nothing in the background

It looks almost done, Maybe they are waiting for the feedback from the countries where you lived, it takes time especially if you lived in more than one country

Where do you see these in your notes? as part of security or eligibility? please let me know. I have ordered by notes on July 14th and waiting.

I have a question about the notes. I ordered them July 9 th and received them today Aug. 9 th.
it says eligibility passed
medical passed
criminality passed
but in the security section it says

activity 1
uci xxxxx
name xxx xxx
suba-ctivity: security screening
field name: status

there is also the s.15(1) in the right hand corner...does it mean that the security screening is finished? what else should i look for? really it is so confusing. but where it says that things like medical passed, criminality and eligibility passed ..there is still a blank by the security.

Also i am curious what the Value 0 means....for example missrepresentation: 0, employment history 0 , languages 0
and also it says application assignment due by 2016/08/30..not sure if that means when they should be finished with the application?
