could you let us know timeline for GCMS Notes. When did you apply and when did you received ??

its been almost month i applied and haven’t heard anything.

Sorry for the delay in response.
I applied through justforcanada.com
I applied on 6 Oct 2020 and got first set of my notes on 7 Nov 2020
I received the second set on 16 Nov 2020.

You should expect 40 days max processing.

Hi,
I received my gcms notes recently.
The activities part of the gcms are blank pages and mentioned as non relevant/ out of scope.
Can anyone tell what it means?
In my last gcms notes the activities part was visible.

No. The GCMS notes has no mention of COVID however, I raised a web form request and their response was that "We are working on half capacity due to COVID hence expect the delay"

Our principal applicant submitted a request on October 12 and received an email asking for proof that she was present in Canada on November 12. Not sure what that was about since she's applied for and received GCMS notes in both of the previous 2 months before this one. She replied within minutes but now we're waiting for them again....

Just thought I'd provide an update. 15 days after my wife responded to their November 12 email request for proof of her presence in Canada, she received an email acknowledging that the file is overdue and that it has been 'escalated'.

I applied in November and just got an email over the weekend saying due to covid rather than replying in 30 days they now have one year and 30 days to fulfill the request.

Hi guys,

My wife's sponsorship application status changed to DM last week but she didn't get PPR, she sent an email to visa office about it and they answered:
"Please be advised that this file has been preliminarily assessed and is currently in the queue for the secondary review."
Can you please tell what this means? and how long it takes for second review?
