GCMS notes say Status Cancelled under Document issuance

Hi , i am a September 2013 applicant , today i got GCMS notes for my file and it says Status "cancelled" under Document issuance section the status is shown cancelled for both counterfoil/visa and COPR part.

While medical/ Criminality and Eligibility are all set to Passed. Security/background check is still under process.

Is it something to worry about. Please advise. thanks

Probably a cleric mistake that got corrected. Don't worry about it. You almost got your CoPR and immigrant visa by mistake, though

Your is almost done..you will get your ppr this week or next week..I am Sep applicant as well.
When did you asked for GCMS? I asked on 11th June..
