GCMS notes question

I received my gcms notes today.

I see that
Security clearance : not started
Criminality clearance : in progress

Can someone tell the difference between these two checks ?

security clearance it mean if you have special security activities for example some poeple doesnt have any criminal record but they are members of some terrorism organization or parties or go through some wars without being official army soldiers like some poeple whose were fighting in iraq against usa army or member of jihad organizations it mean if he will be danger to Canada or not and who can make that clear its the security authorities in each country like special guard or CIA or security of state depend on each country system

I received my GCMS notes.

Medical: Passed
Eligibility: Not started
Security clearance : not started
Criminality clearance : not started

It did not mentioend anything about Interview. Does it mean that its waived?

Appriciate any comments.
