Check on page 2 for these assessments like eligibility, security, criminality, medicals, etc if they have passed, in progress, not started or blank. Then under these assessments check your BFD as said by GEN.GUDU which is application assignment due date. It seems you have passed the eligibility and interview is waived.
Please write all notes of immigration officer at the end from note 1 to note last only then one can tell what really is happening with your application. Did they ever ask you any updated docs ? LBM is your program assistant and as per note 1 your file was forwarded to PCO (code word of some staff of London visa office or some department at LVO)
He is still evaluating your job and education back ground.
In note 15 (01-02-2012) your immigration officer asked LBM (your program assistant) to request updated forms and on receipt of that file will go to ISD ( some verification unit) who will request updated proof of funds and police clearance from Saudi Arabia for you and your spouse and also issue medicals and RPRF.
