GCMS notes - Need help

Dear friends ,

I got my GCMS note today just now( Requested on 2nd Oct)

Here is notes and Summary :
Assessments :
Eligibility - In Progress
Security - Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality - In Progress
Medical : Passed - Expired
Misrepresentation :
Final :

RRPF is mentioning as outstanding and Medical expired
As per Notes section last line says,
""RECOMMENDATION: Appears to meet requirement ""

Does it mean VO don't have concern related to my JOB/ ROLE/ etc and I am fine as per eligibility part? PS: I have not provided any LOE and VO mentioned in Notes and also he mentioned PA provided supporting documents which proof his designation , main duties under NOC, code selected

so should I Go ahead with upfront MR? If yes , then how Dr. will identify my file as I have never got MR request from CIC(They just considered my OLD MR and updated status in ECAS as MR received)

So Once I visit Dr for upfront ,
A) I will provide my Client ID to them (along with my dependent client ID) ?
B) after medical they will provide me some slip some # in physical copy?
c) If Yes , hen I need to send scanned copy to CIC about confirmation of my new MR?
d) IF answer to C is yes hen which address/Email ID i need to send this receipt ?

B) after medical they will provide me some slip some # in physical copy? Yes they will provide you printout and will have unique number
c) If Yes , hen I need to send scanned copy to CIC about confirmation of my new MR? Just send it to your Visa Office.
d) IF answer to C is yes hen which address/Email ID i need to send this receipt ? If it is Ottawa then email ID is CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

However, I would wait for the request. I don't want to put ~$250 under risk until its 100% sure.

VO satisfied with what you claim. You should be fine ut us just a matter of time. Best of luck

- I provided Rejection mail from My manager stating he can't provide LOE as per company policy
- Paystub printout, Letter from company stating my Designation name and salary
- T4, NOA for 2013, 1012,
- Self writing R& R in plain paper explain my daily roles

Thanks so much , so you mean I don't need to send Hard copy of receipt . great thanks just email of scanned copy is enough.
Yes I want to take risk , cause as per Notes , it is written MR requested reason MR-Expired , but I never received any .

so don't want CIC to assume and keep waiting . infact next week after MR i will pay RPRF also upfront

1) Date of birth is mentioned wrong for PA (myself) :-[ :-[ :'(
2) my Spouse (Email ID and phone # ) is wrong . They mentioned the agent phone # and email ID for my spouse and Son which my company use while do our WP extension (PS: My company use some external agency who does all the Visa and ext. renewal for empl)

Anyone faced this kind f situation earlier ?
Now please suggest me what to do ?
1) Should I drop mail asking for correction after GCMS note observation ?
2) While mailing then I need to attach scanned copy of my DOB also ?

Please suggest I am worried

So i Guess you did Upfront Medical.
I got AOR on April 17. RCMP 15 May and No new from them.

Nope Never got mail for MR, When ordered GCMS note then came to know CIC considered my 1 tear old Medical result and it says expired , so planning to do Upfront Medical now

I just found an error on my son's citizenship on GCMS! I have prepared an letter but hesitate if I should send it. Hope it will not delay our PPR process.

What does "Appears to meet requirement" mean? Thus, your files require a second VO to review?
