I got my e-APR on Feb 5th and then ordered GCMS notes at May end. Got the notes but not able to figure out what exactly is happening right now. I'm including 2 screenshots here to understand what this all means.

You seem to have only passed R10 (completeness check) and nothing yet. Still too early to start worrying about PPR
