Gcms notes. Need advice

I ordered gcms notes on June 7, after a week they requested the consent form( as I had forgotten to Attach), I sent them the consent form the same day. It has passed more than 30 days and I haven’t received anything.
What should I do?

1. You sent the consent form, some time after the 14th of June, and the mail takes a few days, since today is the 12th, 30 days haven't passed.

I sent the consent on June 12 exactly, ( I checked the email)
So, any idea what should I do after the 30 days passes?

You can send an email enquiring about the status using the tracking number you should have gotten in your confirmation email
