GCMS notes breakdown question - Notes says failed candidate - please help

Hello All


I received my gcms notes today. I applied for CEC inland. used my foreign work experience as well.

Criminality and medicals : passed

Security and eligibility : Not started


Although, in a Notes section VO wrote, Failed candidate in the notes section.

Assessment 1 says : failed candidate, this assessment was done right after my AOR. March 21 is my AOR, March 22nd Assessment1 was made.

As far as I can see, you have passed everything. I have no idea why they wrote "candidate failed".
Is there something in your passport - in "stamps and visas" (see Note 1) that might not correspond to what you claimed in your application?

No suspicious stamps on passport. I just visited dubai once for a month and thats it.

I honestly don't know what to tell you.

Everything checked out and then the agent wrote "candidate failed"?? I wonder if they just made a mistake, it happens.
At least there's a fourth (or Note 1) in there which means they're still working away at it.

I know it's awful but I think there's hope because, again, anyone can see a discrepancy between your "points" (i.e. you passed everything) and the final note.

That's why I am worried. I submitted all required documents. Has anyone had a similar case.

Did u or ur employer(s) receive calls, did u submit indian work exp also?...!!!

I submitted Indian work experience, I also submitted my canadian work experience, working in current job. but I am not sure about calls to employer. HR never told me anything about them getting calls.

I suggest you send your gcms to legal falcon. He might be able to give you some insight on the situation.

It is some time difficult to advise without detail scrutiny of the whole GCMS note.
