I recived my notes today and I noticed they have removed some notes , last time they had written tht my ex wrote to them about multiple issue and forward emal scan to v/o and todays notes I don't see that and on the body of letter I see see this exemption note what does this mean please help me understand this.

what does it mean?
It means they are emailing you the GCMS notes - if there is no attachment, it means they forgot to attach it and they do this a lot

they have attached it but few notes are missing from what I saw in my last notes

ok thanks so much, but last time they showed me all notes , they had wrote tht my ex emald dem and brought up multiple issue and all and now they hiding it????
