GCKey issue

[Hopeful Future Canadian]

I have recently created an account using the GCkey option on the canada.ca site. However, when I sign in I do not get the option to link my application to the account, all I can do is change the password etc.

I do have an ECAS linked online account, which is connected to my application but would like to see more details via the gckey account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there, I have the same problem - when I log in it only allows options to change the password. revoke the key etc. There are no options to link an application. How did you resolve the problem? How did you obtain an ECAS linked online account?

Thanks for the link - its the same login page for GCKey. Once you login it takes you to a landing page with no options except to manage passwords and revoke the key. There are some threads that talk about going back and logging back in again but this doesnt seem to be the solution in my case.

I don't have a solution but thank god at least I'm not the only one having essentially this problem.
