System issues one agent told me this morning. I saw same medical thing in my account and said they did not send me any. They system most likely got mixed up after update this morning. You should still check with them depending on your timeline to make sure they did or didn't send you the info
I just phoned again CIC and the lady that I talked to was non sense lol! She said that it didnt said in my file that Supplementary Information did not received yet but the guy agent told me yesterday when I phoned that they received it last May 31st. And the lady agent told me as well that I have to wait for 5 days for the email and instruction for the medical request and additional documents from my husband's GCKey which is the ScheduleA and Medical and after 5 days if there's no email yet I have to phoned them again and they will send message to Mississauga.
Well, we already submitted SceduleA together with Supplementary information via Express post and Medical upfront .i dont understand different agent different information????

I too thought this was a system glitch this morning but submitted a technical request with screenshots and emailed our VO. One of those must've worked because we just received the medical request letter in MyCIC account. I would advise those to follow up just in case.

Someone else had same issue. They do give you different info sometimes. You need to point it out to them. You may need to call a third time to verify this information.
I've experienced the same issue today for medical request update without receiving a message. Also, I've experienced another change in my account under "Account Summary" section, which now shows my application type along with UCI number.
* I sent a technical report request to CIC and will let you know about their response.
Some information and experience that I want to share with you all:
There is no constant time for medical request after receiving AOR. It varies from one application to another and also one officer to the other one. So, don't compare your application with each other and don't be frustrated. It's wired if an officer tells you it's way too early or too late to receive your medical request as they never give you direct feedback on your application.
Example1: A friend of mine with exact same application got her MR just two weeks after AOR (same country of origin also).
Example2: The other friend that we applied almost together and have gotten our AOR with 1 week from each other got his MR in a month after AOR, but it has been 3 month for me!
** I hope it's not a false alarm for all of us.
*** I remember the same issue couple of years ago once I applied for my study visa. I got some updates that I have a new message in my account but it was not any until a day after.
Here some info about my application:
Submitted: Mid Jan 2017
AOR: Early March 2017
MR (either real or fake): Today (June 2017)
Type: In-land application
If medical thing is true that would be amazing but what i really want is to get that "upload" button fixed because its impossible to get any updates & send them the files, if that gets fixed then application process will be done much faster, CIC not getting any documents on time for IRCC backlog issue & that's what causing major delays......
same thing happening with me! geez. for a canadian government website, cic sure is unreliable. i mean lots of people having trouble linking, false updates, ecas and mycic showing different status, request for documents which you can't submit in your online account...... what a disappointment
I phoned Cic again and the agent said to wait after 5 days. If before June11 still no email my husband need to call them thru Skype. Background check is in progress. And supplementary information and ScheduleA was received. Still waiting for SA but agent said just wait anytime this week until next week.
