"Your GCKey Username and Password have been previously revoked. Please try again using a valid Username and Password. "

Now, I am in the process of applying for Citizenship. Do I necessarily need to have a GC key account for doing the following :
-paying my Citizenship fee and
-Online physical presence calculator

How can I seem my old application regardig my PR (done in 2017) and Visitor Visa (done in 2016).Are they lost?

Well, if you can't access the old gckey, create a new one and then try linking your old applications to your new key. There is an option to link applications to gckey. I think you'll need your application number, UCI among other information to link applications.
