I am on a PGWP in Canada and my spouse is back home. I want to apply for her SOWP. I am wondering if i can use my existing GC Key account (that i used to submit my applications) or do i have to create a new one for her?
And what should i answer for this question "Are you giving someone access to your application?"
A) Yes, I will be appointing a representative to apply on my behalf
B) Yes, grant authorization for IRCC to release your application information to another person.
C) Yes, both appoint a representative and grant authorization to IRCC to release information to another person.
D) No
