Gap between two 1 year programs.

Hello Sir,
I’m currently pursuing a one year in Ontario which ends in June and I got my study permit until December 31 2022. My next course starts from January 2023. The gap between the 2 courses will be 6 months. Does it effect my PGWP? Please suggest.

You want to start second course within 150 days of completion of first program. This is if you want to count both programs and not require a new study permit.

I started my 8 month course last September and it is going to end by June 2022. I got an admission for another 8 month course which starts at September 2022 and ends by April 2023. Can I be eligible for a 3 year PGWP?

You are eligible but not guaranteed as per guidelines.
