Further medical tests after study permit refusal

Hi all, I had upfront medical in April and was asked for further medical tests including sputum test(next day) and chest X-ray three months later. Now I filed my study permit application on 6 May which was refused on 17 May. I am going to reapply for study permit and I want to know what will be the procedure for medical now? Do I apply with the same medical or do I have to make another appointment for a new medical exam?
