As I want to apply for Immigration I would like to know that when I have to show proofs of my Funds. Will it be while applying for Immigration or after getting the Immigration Approval.
Also if I have to show Funds after getting the Approval and at that time I am not able to show the required Fund Proof then what would happen? Will my application gets rejected and my money would be refunded or it would get lapse.

although you will be required to show proof of funds when you submit your full application to the visa office. the funds are not needed yet at this stage the CIC wants you to show proof that you will have the money to bring to canada when you are approved.
the immigration officer will be asking for the funds upon your land in canada.
Upon applying there are forms to be fill-up then there is a form where you should put your assets or funds so you need it. And for additional one of the most important in applying as immigrant is you have enough fund or meet the required fund.
