Can I submit my student permit application even if the funds are in my account for less than 4 months or should I wait for the funds to stay in my account for 4 months? I can justify the sources of my fund (personal savings, personal loan and financial support from my family). I badly need to submit my application to provide enough time for processing, in time for the start of my study this coming September.
