Funds for Immigration and other info.

Hi,

This is my first post and I really appriciate the forum.
Could someone help me in understanding the immigration process and funds requires to show.?

I am 38 Yr Old and working as a CAD developer,configurator ( Knowledge of CAD/CAM software with Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering)I have nearly 12 years experience in this field. I have also degree in Law ( LLB passing out in june 2012, (similar to JD) ).As I work in patents sometimes, I did llb degree.

My wife age 34 is PHP developer worked as freelancer.( post graduate 12+3+2 educational course)
We have two daughters age 9 and 7.

We have 2 apartments, one is mortgage free and other one with mortgage.
I have retirement fund (PF) plus other investment like Public PF worth C$25K.
I do not have liquid cash.

Please advice, if I can show the funds?
Or sell the mortgage free apartment and get rid of the other mortgages and show the funds..

Is my experience is helpful in canadaian market?
Do I and my wife need to pass IELTS?
Does it help if I lean French Language?

They only ask for transeferable lequid cash in bank.
You can verify this on official website

First of all you have to wait for the new occupation list to come into effect,
hope your occupation list is demanded
then you might have to take General IELTS
They will take liquid cash so you might have to take 90% of PF as personal loan......
then you might show it in bank only recommended if you dont have balnace of cash in your bank...

Do not worry about the liquid funds. Why people such experienced always deny such acceptance by CIO. Of course you go ahead with valuation report from property consultant but also make sure that your experience comes under current NOC list. Liquid funds has to be shown if based on bank statement, if property then at the time of landing you need to show required funds.

It is clearly written over CIC website. They only need Bank transferale funds
